Charterama is delighted to announce the launch of Charterama Asia Pacific Limited, Hong Kong with effect from 1st April 2014. This is a strategic development in developing Charterama’s reach into the growing Asian market.
The Hong Kong office will be headed by Powan Li, who has previously held senior underwriting positions both within Skuld and Norwegian Hull Club. The Hong Kong office will be a local presence continuing to deliver service to the Asian brokers and clients. Supported by a strong partnership with leading marine insurer RSA, this move will leverage an already strong Asian presence for both parties.
Lucien Lesuis, co-founder of Charterama commented “In our fifth successful year, we are delighted to be expanding our Asian operations.
